Western Jewelry hand-made by Prairie Girl Organics not only looks and wears great, there is real western history behind our designs. We have a passion for the West, the history of the West, Cowboy Lore, and prairie life then and now. The prairie was pretty much wiped out with the taming of the west, when civilization and towns moved east to west across the country.
There is a new wave of interest in restoring midwest ground to the original prairie landscape. There is also a new wave of more organic products as we try to get away from the harmful chemicals and additives in our foods and products we use daily.
Some of our jewelry designs are inspired by famous people, like William F. Cody "Buffalo Bill" who was the last great scout of the western plains. We honor Buffalo Bill with our Buffalo Bill western charm bracelet and matching earrings.
Another popular bracelet design is our Michael Martin Murphey western bracelet and earring set, inspired by the #1 Selling Cowboy Music Singer of all time, Michael Martin Murphey.
Our jewelry is hand made by gals who live in the prairie, farm here in the Midwest, and raise and ride horses every chance we can get.
You'll love our distinct styles and one of a kind jewelry pieces you won't find anywhere else.
